Peanut Butter Protein Bites

🧺 What You’ll Need

• 1 ¼ cups oat flour
• ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup peanut butter or sunbutter
• ⅓ cup honey
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1–2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
• ¼ cup mini chocolate chips


👩‍🍳 Let’s Make Them!

  1. Wash your hands

  2. Mix oat flour, protein powder, and salt in a bowl

  3. Add peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and 1 spoon of coconut oil

  4. Mix with your hands until it feels like playdough (add a tiny bit more oil if too dry — dough should be firm)

  5. Scoop 1 spoon and roll into a ball

  6. Put in the fridge for 1 hour

  7. Keep stored in the fridge and enjoy

🌱 Allergy-Friendly Tip:
• Swap peanut butter for seed butter
• Swap coconut oil for avocado or olive oil
• Use gluten-free oats if needed
