A community farm is more than a place where food is grown. It is a living landscape where agriculture, ecology, education, and community come together.

At Sunray Community Farm, our goal is not simply to maximize crop production or profit. Instead, we steward the land using regenerative practices that restore soil, increase biodiversity, and demonstrate how healthy ecosystems can also produce healthy food.

As we develop, our fields will include vegetables, fruits, nuts, native plants, pollinator habitat, agroforestry plantings, and wildlife refuges. Every part of the farm will be designed to serve multiple purposes, from producing food, improving ecological health, supporting wildlife, and providing opportunities for learning.

The farm is also a place for people. Throughout the year we will host educational workshops, volunteer opportunities, children's programs, guided farm walks, and seasonal events that help connect people of all ages with agriculture and with the natural world, and to build practical land-based skills.

By purchasing plants, produce, eggs, or farm-made products, attending a workshop, volunteering, or simply visiting the farm, community members help support the ongoing stewardship of this landscape.

We believe farms can be more than businesses. They can be places that nourish people, strengthen communities, restore ecosystems, and inspire the next generation of land stewards.
